The first few days were dominated by a nasty cold which left me feeling unwell and somewhat at a low edge. But the weather was sunny during the day though very windy (of the Orkney variety) especially at night!  However we managed some walking and driving about and generally reacquainting ourselves with the place and our chums!

Amazing old olive trees. 

The almond trees are in full blossom! 

Here I love the colour of the almond blossom and dark branches sitting infront of the bamboo! 

And the hills look amazing!
